Back on the Envelopes and Labels dialog box, click Print to print your envelope. This can be done by clicking onto the Envelope option tab>Font then click OK to effect the changes. The envelope template can also allow one to select the distance from the edge of the envelope the addresses can be printed then click OK.Įnvelope template also allows one to customize font sizes, style and color. If the required size is not listed, select custom size and enter the dimensions. The Envelope template also allows you to make changes on the size of the envelope being fed into the printer.
In cases of separate trays this can be specified as well. You will be required to specify the way you will feed the envelope into the printer by clicking one of the buttons to change the direction of the envelope. To avoid printing the envelope incorrectly, the envelop template provides for a feed button a dialog box will open.
The envelop template return address has an option of being saved automatically to save you from retyping it whenever you open the envelopes and labels dialog box, however if not interested it can be omitted.
